Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy protects our customers, network and reputation. It applies to every service we provide and to anyone using them, including your own customers.
2. Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal in India or the destination country
- Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities immediately
- Malware, phishing pages and fraudulent websites
- Content infringing copyright or trademarks
- Content promoting violence, terrorism or hate against protected groups
3. Prohibited activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open relays
- Attacking, scanning or attempting to access systems without permission
- Running DDoS tools, botnets or crypto-mining without written approval
- Using excessive resources that degrade service for others
- Reselling services except under a reseller plan
4. Email sending
Bulk and marketing email must go to recipients who opted in, include an unsubscribe link and follow applicable laws. Shared hosting accounts have hourly sending limits.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate services that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Report abuse to [email protected].
